Payments for NitroBerry subscriptions or services may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways and providers, including but not limited to PhonePe, Razorpay, Stripe, or other supported processors.
By making a payment, you authorize NitroBerry and its payment partners to process the transaction for your selected plan or service.
NitroBerry does not store full card details or sensitive payment credentials unless required and permitted by applicable law.
Applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, may be charged depending on your billing location and applicable legal requirements.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy available on the NitroBerry website.
In general:
- Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds are typically not provided for completed subscription periods.
- Implementation, onboarding, setup, training, and consulting services are generally non-refundable once delivered or started.

NitroBerry processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to NitroBerry, including software, design, documentation, branding, website content, and platform features, remains the property of VSG Infosystem or its licensors.
These Terms grant users only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform in accordance with the selected plan and applicable agreement.
Users may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software or content without prior written permission.
11. Service Availability
NitroBerry aims to provide reliable service availability, but the platform may occasionally experience interruptions due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party dependencies, security events, or force majeure events.
NitroBerry does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services at all times.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NitroBerry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of the Services.
NitroBerry’s total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
NitroBerry may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:
- these Terms are violated
- payments remain unpaid
- the platform is misused
- suspension is required to protect security, compliance, or other users
Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked and certain obligations such as payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property protections may continue to apply.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
15. Changes to Terms
NitroBerry may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
