Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how NitroBerry handles cancellations, refunds, subscription billing, and service-related payment disputes.
1. Overview
NitroBerry provides software subscriptions, implementation support, onboarding, consulting, and related business services.
Because our services may include immediate access to digital software, account activation, setup effort, and customized service delivery, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and the stage of service delivery.
2. Subscription Plans
If you purchase a recurring NitroBerry subscription, your billing cycle may be monthly, yearly, or otherwise specified at checkout or in your commercial agreement.
Subscription access continues for the billing period that has already been paid for, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Cancellations
You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by contacting support@nitroberry.com or through any account or billing method we make available.
- Cancellation will generally stop future renewals.
- Your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing system issue.
- A refund guarantee or trial refund offer was explicitly promised in writing and its stated conditions are met.
- NitroBerry determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate in a specific case.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed subscription periods already used or partially used.
- Implementation, onboarding, configuration, setup, migration, and training services once work has started.
- Consulting, professional services, or custom development work already delivered or in progress.
- Enterprise or custom commercial arrangements unless a separate written refund term applies.
6. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise fails after service access has been granted, NitroBerry may suspend or restrict access to the related services until the billing issue is resolved.
We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback so that we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it promptly.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, NitroBerry will initiate the refund within a reasonable time. Actual credit timing depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
In many cases, refunds may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear, though timing may vary depending on the payment method used.
